I recently noticed a crack across obe corner of the mast step on my 1988 O'DAY27 and was wondering if anyone else have expeeienced this and perhaps could direct me as to where I could find a replacement for the step.
Ken, are you talking about the metal step itsef or the gelcoat in under it? Have not experience cracking on my metal but there is gel coat cracks under it. I'm afraid this step was poorly designed in the first place since I have yet to see a boat that doesn't have that little hook on the front designed to hold the mast in place during raising and lowering broken.
