I just got a catalina 22 1970's ish and it does not have a mast or rigging on it. what size sould I put on it?

well you have a couple of choices right off the bat, you can look for the original mast that came with the boat a most sought after Oval that is lighter than the new flat sided mast. The lighter oval bends easier so the racers are always looking for one. You can check with the C22 national organization to locate the nearest fleet to you, there you can put out the word your need for a mast. or you can buy a "new" style from Catalina or Catalina Direct. CD will also have all the rigging you will need to put the boat back into service. Pick up there handbook for sure. Good luck with you boat.
