Mast Length for 1975 Venture 25

I have a 1975 Venture 25 that I keep on the coast about 250 miles from my home.I am about to order a new mast, which I believe to be 28 feet long. However, I'm not sure of the length and rather than drive 500 miles with a tape measure, I thought that I'd see if anyone on the forum knows what length mast I should order.I've Googled "MacGregor specs" and found a mast length listed as 31 feet. I don't think this is correct, but I'm not sure.Any help would be appreciated.Thank You,Beth

Tall rigs

When recently asking about a new main for my 79 Macgregor/Venture 25, I was asked twice by different sailmakers if I had a tall rig or a standard rig. One is 28 and the other is 31. Apparently you could get both.I'd do the drive or order long and take a hacksaw. LOLBTW mine is 28
