Mast height?

The specs on our 2002 Hunter 326 state the mast height is 46.75 feet. I'm "assuming" that the measurement is from the cabin top and not the water...

It’s waterline to the flat plate AT THE TOP OF THE MAST. What IS NOT INCLUDED is anything you install at the top of the mast - light, wind machine, windex and antenna, etc. My H356 says 55 feet. Actual is 58.4 feet to tip of the vhf antenna. Beware if you do not understand this!
