Mast Height (37c)

The specs state the mast is 50'. I presume that from water level? I have to travel under a 49'(ht) bridge this week that has a 6' tide. Any problems? Rick.

I believe that you are correct. The 50 feet is from bottom of bilge which is well below the water line. The "P" dimension of 39'8" would seem to support that. But I hope we can get someone to substantiate this. How about a call to Hunter? Would be good to know certainly.

Fifty ft off the water

If I recall correctly, the specs that hunter sent me on my 1979 37c list the mast height as 50 ft above waterline.
