My forstay, which is equipped with roller furling is attached at the masthead to the formost pin (there are two pins). My spinnaker spinnaker block is attached to the second pin closest to the mast. To fly my cruising spinnaker, the block should be forward of the forstay. My question is, can the positions of the forstay and spinnaker block be reversed, or do I need to install a mast head spinnaker bail to attach the spinnaker block? It may be that the former owner had incorrectlly rigged the masthead, or intended to use the spinnaker block and haylard in it's present position for the forspar whisker pole. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
