Mast base plate

The other day I managed to break the eyebolt that holds the block (the one controlling the outhaul for mainsail, the boat has a in-mast furling) to the mast base plate on my 1995 Beneteau 351. The plate sits flush to the deck. It looks like the nut to hold the eyebolt slides into a slot under the plate. Has anyone had experience replacing this eyebolt or knows where I could find one? I have looked online but cannot find anything that looks similar. The eyebolt is flat at one end, is rather small and attaches to shackle.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

try whoever makes your mast. should be a sticker on it with the mast number. Might be US Spars.
