Martec Eliptec Prop

Just purchased a like new Martec Eliptec 16 x 14p folding prop for a 1992 Hunter 35.5 with a Yanmar 3GM30F (27 HP) diesel. Hunter specifies a 13" instead of 14" pitch. Will the 14" pitch prop perform satisfactorily and if not what is feasibility (cost) of changing the pitch? The three cotter pins are missing and apparently should be replaced with Monel rather than stainless. Where can I get the Monel carter pins.
