I am writing to reinforce a solution I read on the archives re odour problems.
I ordered Pure Ayre odour elimnator, a plant enzyme odour remover, the only food grade prodcut on the market suitable for any surface incl. gallies and even food.
Also ordered a Junior Fogger and applied Pure Ayre to all of my boat after washing and degreasing to remove a lingering diesel smell from prior spills at the tank and the filter.
This product along with the fogger that applies a fine mist to all surfaces compeltly eliminated the smells and is good for any marine odour. It even removed the diesel that had soaked into the back teak board.
In prep I removed the aft cabin back boards exposing my waste and fuel tank and opened all hatches and lockers and sprayed everyhwere.
I can't recommend the product and process enough. Pure Ayre was approx $60 for 2 bottles and the fogger $90 from Wildlife Control in Florida.
