Yes and no...
They all mount with lag bolts, but very rarely do the bolt hole patterns match. This can easily be overcome by filling the old holes, then covering the area with a nicely finished 3/4" teak or mahogany board. (Screw it down and seal the edges with silicon...DON'T use epoxy or any permanent sealant 'cuz the next toilet isn't likely to match either, so you'll have to replace the board).
