Marine Dehumidifiers k

Hello Everybody,

Just wondering if anyone uses any kind of marine dehumidifier. I have a significant problem with mold/mildew/condensation in my Oday 27 and am looking for ideas. I know west marine sells a marine dehumidifier and I have found others out there as well. Do they help?

We are in a slip with shore power available. Does anyone have any other suggestions on controlling this problem?

I have a smaller one that absorbs about a pint of moisture every other day. I believe it helps.....at least better than other things I've tried. A larger unit could be more worthwhile; but keeping the air moving with a fan of some type helps a great deal, too.

Thanks for the input. I bought the $69 model from West Marine, we'll see if it helps.
