Summers are HOT here in Mississippi! I'm ready to buy a Marine Air system. I plan to buy a 35 amp generator later. If I could get by with 12,000 BTUs, I could run off a smaller generator. It costs about the same for 16,000 BTUs but then I would have to get a shore meter/electric bill and, I fear, the generator would have a hard time running everything. Does anyone use a 12,000BTU system on a H30 in a hot climate? Does anyone have a generator running air on a H30? Sugguestions and Recommendations Appreciated!

A 10,000 BTU system will do!!

Can your imagine yourself in Caribbean waters without one? I don't think so.. We have a 10,000 btu system and haven't change it in 6 years. I owe you the brandname. Keep me post it on the generator, I'm looking for a not so expensive, small generator.
