I don't think there is any such thing as "dodger" measurements. With the exception of 1 or 2 companies that made these, most all dodgers are custom made.
If you are purchasing a bimini from this website, they may have one for your boat. Otherwise, you will need to take some measurements and they will fit one for you.

My wife and I made a dodger for our Ranger 29. After all the instructions and all the planning I realized that the very first decision is by definition, a mistake. The design is a set of compromises that best fits your needs. For example, do you want to look over the dodger when you're steering or thru it? Would it be different for your first mate? Do you want to smack your forehead when transiting the companionway. How high do you want that dodger bow? Do you want to be able to exit the cockpit easily and safely around the dodger or do you want sides that protect you from spray in a blow? Will you be able to make a full rotation of the winch with a handle with the dodger up? Curtains? It can't be everything. You have to make choices about what you really want and how you're going to use it on your boat. Then design it to fit you, not your boat.
