I remember beer in the barracks vending machines in Korea when I first got there in '98. They stopped putting it in the machines shortly after though.
In Iraq, the British had some "pubs" setup where you could get a cold Guiness and the Polish (led the Multinational Division) had all kinds of booze with em, I remember seeing Gin in a 12 aluminum can... just Gin, it was pretty cool. The Americans, oh yeah Budweizer N/A... though better than nothing.
