Did you check this site, Mike? http://www.iheartodays.com/ It may not have a manual that is specific to your 25. It depends on the type of info that you're after.

Had you posted your question to "Ask an O'Day Owner" forum, you might have gotten the answer that the manual is posted on this Web Site.
Some of the people on this site have never understood what Captain Herring has herein.
Here you have Joe sending you off site to get something that was here all along. I guess he is still pissed off at the left leaning politics of this forum.
You might just try:
O'Day 25 Rigging and Operation Manual
at the O'Day 25 model information found under the button on top of this page labeled "Boat Information" then follow "owner modifications". Putting a manual on the boat under "Owner Modifications" has something to do with liberal politics I guess. For those of us of a more traditional nature, we have not modified the boat manual produced by Bangor Punta, nor O'Day Corporation that I can determine.

A full-size copy of that basic rigging sheet can be purchased from Rudy at D&R Marine for around $6.00 or so. However, I have "modified" a copy of that sheet by transcribing it into booklet form and added a copy of the 1979 wiring diagram and the optional mast-raising system instructions. I also have added a few details not in the original rigging sheet.
I can make a copy of this for any 25 owners, I can even include scanned copies of some O'Day 25 brochures and magazine ads. ( have a copy of the OMC Zephyr sales brochure with dimensions, but do not have any detailed info on the VIRE or Yanmar Diesels.) I do similar manuals for the Day Sailer II and Widgeon and usually ask for $10 to cover printing and postage costs, at the moment I have less on the 25 than on those other boats so might do the 25 manual for $8.00
