It should be near the helm. You will have just a hole that the handle fits in. the handle SHOULD be in one of the lockers EASILY accessible from the helm. It looks like a SS tube with a ball on the end.
If you can poke around in the lockers you should see the plumbing for it. Large diameter (1.5") hoses.

The pump itself rests behind a rear panel in the aft stateroom. It may not be a bad idea to inspect it as we found out 8 years after the fact that ours had been damaged during installation at the factory.
