Man Ship Port Lights

I'm pretty sure my port lights are made by Man Ship. They are rectangular, stainless steel opening lights with black, plastic handles on the dogs. There are ten of them.

At least on leaks a bit. The gaskets are replaceable, and there's apparently a way to adjust the gasket pressure with the hinge. I guess the hinge axle is an eccentric. I can't find any instructions for adjustment. Does anyone know?

Where is the leak?

On one light, the bottom right edge. But then, the gasket doesn't look very good.
