I'd read on this site about raising the table to make more room. It was easy. Table had been reduced in size by previous owner to make more room, but I wish he had left it as is so it could still be used as a berth. All that you need to do is raise the table as high as it will go. Mark the position in the base where the pin nests. Use a center punch and drill a 1/2 inch hole in the pole being careful not to damage CB line. Don't drill all the way through the base, but drill from each side. I used a 3/8th PTO pin I found in a tractor supply store. Raising the table makes it easier to get to the area in the bow besides making the seating area roomier.
