I have a 260 which we race in a mixed handicap fleet, when it gets windy we have problems with the mainsheet and the aft sheeting position of the jib (Our jib is larger than the standard issue. I am thinking of anchoring the mainsheet jammer to the top of the binnacle, It looks plenty strong enough and would raise the sheeting position and alter the angle which will allow the leech to open nicely, any one out there have any thoughts???
