Good day all: Just wondering if anyone has installed a mainsail track system in the Catalina 310. I have the standard sail with Dutchman flaking. I am seriously considering the track system to ease single-handed sailing and to prevent twist in the battens. My battens have developed a permit twist where the sail rests on the boom. Regards Chris

Chris..We added a track system from Tides
Marine to our 470. It is a neet system that slides up the internal track of the mast. With our Dutchman System we now turn the boat into the wind and release the halyard. The sail drops perfectly every time. I go forward straighten out a few flakes and tie it off. Lowering our main now takes less than 1 minute. I've included a link to their site.
