What size boat?

Different slugs for different-size sails. Take one to the closest ship's store. Or look in the West Marine catalog, or online. These are common and cheerfully inexpensive.

I am looking for a replacement slider for my mainsail in the mast track. I have found many options on the internet, but none look like the ones I currently have. Does anyone know of a source for these? I assume that these are the originals, but don't know. They are flat on the side towards the sail and rounded a bit on the inner side. thanks, Todd.

More descriptions please

Are these sliders, or cars, or battcars? What is it made of. Metal or plastic/nylon? If it is the plastic/nylon type, West Marine's got them 2 to a pack, and very inexpensive.

I went direct to UK Sails

I needed both parts for our sail. I was lucky they have a loft in Chicago. Walked in with them in my hand and walked out with a half dozen of both for under $10.00 I would try your sail maker first.

Same Problem

Todd, These must be odd size becasue I have the same problem. I found some at the Sailing Center in St. Louis the last time I needed some. I would like an internet source if anyone has one.

More info

These are plastic/nylon units which I think were standard with the UK sails on my 94 h30, nothing special. I spoke with the local marina who said they will have some to fit. He asked if they were flat or round and I described it to him being rounded on one side and flat on the sail side and he said the flat ones will work. We'll see.
