I have gone for the Lewmar Synchro 29927201, which take 10-12mm lines. You will need 4 - two on the boom and 2 on the deck, and your total investment of £90 will give you not only peace and quiet but a much smoother running mainsheet with reduced loads. But while I am on the subject, has anyone had any success in fitting a mainsheet track on the 331? This is an option on the 323, for example, but not (in the UK at any rate) on the 331. It is difficult to get the right angle/leech tension with the standard set up.
