I'm a new Balboa 21 (1978) owner and need information on how to rig the boom for the main sheet and traveler. Any information and photos would be helpful and appreciated. Thank you.

Clinton, there is no traveler on my Balboa 20 so I cannot help you with a response on that issue. However, in terms of how the boom on my Balboa 20 is rigged, I can provide some information. On the port side is a Schaefer swivel block on a swivel cam base forward of a deck-mounted eye strap. On the starboard side is a Schaefer swivel block on a deck plate. Mainsheet line is tied to the eye strap, feeds through the upper part on the fiddle attached to the boom, down through the starboard sivel block, back up through the lower part of the boom fiddle and then down to the port swivel block where it enters the back side of the block and exits through the cam. I hope this helps. Paul.
