Main Sail Dimensions for 1987 31"

Have an 1987 Hunter 31' and would like to know if anyone has the correct dimentions for the I, P, and E for the main sail. Need to purchase a new main sail and would like to verify that the numbers I have from a vendor are correct...differs from the Hunter web site and what I have messured. The boom and mast are stock on our boat but like to hear from anyone who recently purchase a new sail and what the Luff, foot, etc are. Appreciate any help....Larry...

The SailWarehouse shows...

H31 mainsail measurements to be:Luff: 37.1'Leech: 38.3'Foot: 10.8' These are obviously different from the hardware I, P, and E dimensions. Do they match what you measured?

have sailmaker measure...

I don't know where you're located, but my sailmaker came out to the boat and measured it....I prefer to deal with a smaller loft... I was never happy with a sail I bought from a warehouse...

Larry, Your measurments might be different than Hunters spec's because of maxium hoist verses PERF rating. It should be I=42 J=12 P=37.41 E=11.00
