HI, I HAVE 74 ERICSON 35 (349) AND THE MAIN HATCH WAS MADE OF WOOD BOARDS ABOUT 1 1/2" WITH CLACK JOINTS IT IS NO LONGER HODING UP TO WELL AFTER 35 YEARS. DOSE ANYONE KNOW ABOUT POEPLE WHO COULD REMAKE ONE IN WOOD OR PLASTIC? ALSO THE WINDOWS ,,,CAN THEY BE REPLACED? BILL

Main Hatch-Ericson 35

When we bought our Ericson 35 the main hatch was held together with duct tape. We took it to a wonderful carpenter here in Clearwater who previously worked for a major boat builder. He determined that it was so far gone that it could not be repaired. He built us a beautiful replacement for $968. We saved a little bit of money by not having the interior made of mahogany. All teak looks just fine.
