Mackinac Island access???

We live about 3 hours South of the Mackinac Bridge and would like to put in around that area and sail to Mackinac Island. OK, if we can find a boat ramp that could be the easy part. It doesn't appear that there are any anchorages at the island. What are the dock fees-if docks available. Or are there any anchoarges?

contact the island chamber of commerce or city hall and ask them, state of mich may have the answers at their marine/parks and rec. depts.

Harbour Master

Mackinaw Island has a harbour. You should be able to contact the harbourmaster for this information. A Michigan cruising guide book may have this answer as well. Steve
