I was visiting with a Macgregor 26 owner on friday and he mentioned a Macgregor club that helped organize group sailing trips. He said he was heading to San Carlos Mexico for a group sail. I thought he was talking about this Macgregor Owners club, but when I called the club the woman on the phone said she didn't know of anything like that with this club. Does anyone have information about a sailing club in association with Macgregor owners that helps plan sailing trips?

There are a couple of groups that I know about, The Conch Cruisers and Trailer Sailor Assn. The latter has a yearly cruise in the Great Lakes. Check out the web sites for more information. I don't think they are all Mac sailors but there are a lot of Mac Sailors in each group from what I gather. http://www.trailersailors.org/ http://www.conchcruisers.net/
