Macerator

Macerator won't pump today possibly due to operator error in attempting to pump out with the through hull inadvertantly closed! As a result pump feels really hot and breaker clicks off immediately. Is there a fuse that might need to be replaced or a breaker other than on the panel that might need to be reset? Also whats the end screw that I have seen mentioned in a previous thread? As always, any advice greatly appreciated

It isn't a screw but, just like a home garbage disposal, it turns the shaft to the cutting blade. If you are lucky, it's only a stuck blade and turning the screw in both directions might clear the problem. Real lucky!

Many thanks Don. I got a pumpout, then turned the endscrew a bit and the macerator is going again, for now, fingers crossed!
