We have a 1999 Mac 26x and I have concerns about our trailer. It has been banged a bit, the ladder was bent a few degrees at a steep ramp last week, the winch is rusting, and I would prefer more than one axle. Has anyone used a sturdier trailer for their 26x? If not that, can anyone recommend a good welder in Minnesota or Wisconsin who can improve what we have? Any ideas about comparable costs? I would like to pull our 26x to Lake Superior more next summer (a few hours north) but would hate to have a flat or worse on the freeway.
