I thought that's what you'd say
But here's the rub(s):
For the raw water inlet from the thru hull to the rw pump: we don't know where your strainer is, so we don't know how far it is, what the course the hose travels, so don't know YOUR specific length.
For the rw to the HX, we also don't know what pump you have and what the screwed in connection barb sizes are although they should match the (undocumented) HX port size.
From the HX to your exhaust riser, the HX group doesn't show the connection sizes on the ports, and I recall on our M25 it's 5/8 inch for that hose. I know that because of the size of the siphon break and the inlet size of the exhaust riser mixing elbow.
I recall the rw being 5/8, the hoses to the hot water heater are definitely 5/8 (except for the short 3/8 off the stat and fw pump), and the fresh water hoses being 7/8.
So, you have a couple of choices, since I figure you're asking because you don't have access to your boat which would allow you to measure them yourself. When I first did this on our boat, I thought it would be necessary to measure exactly, and recognizing the cost of hoses, quite important.
That's not the case, because I figured if I got more hose I'd have enough left to keep on the boat for future use, and would record those lengths for the next time (which I did for MY boat, NOT yours). Sometimes the leftovers are long enough for reuse, sometimes not.
1. Do a ballpark estimate and you'll probably find that the longest usual length of hose you can buy from a store is about 25 feet, leaving you leftovers.
2. Try to figure out each individual length and have the store cut it for you. The real downside of this is that once cut you can never return it, and if even a tad too short, it's useless.
Your boat, your choice. Good luck.
