Lowering the table in the cabin

I have a Oceanis 361 and it looks as if the table in form and hight will fit with the starboard sofa if it was lowered, so I get a bed wide enough for two persons. But it is fixed with 2/4 bolts, so it does not look as if it is intended to be lowered or?

Is it French built? If yes, the table is different from the American built and does not lower. You are suppose to use a piece of wood instead.

It is french, but if I change the bolts with some kind of a quick release I think it will work. Has anyone done it? If so, how.

Does it look like this? In the photo, the table leaf is folded (both leafs actually in this photo) and you place a piece of wood and a foam on top of it so the whole starboard side/sofa becomes a large bed.
