Lowering mast on Hunter 26

Hi I bought a Hunter 26 last year without a manual and with no intention of moving it on land. I sadly quite suddenly have to sell her for financial reasons and need to lower the mast in order to move her to a boat yard. I have a few friends that can help but don't know how.
I'm in Key West and will be listings the boat on this sites classified today. Please Help
