Looking to replace the lower bearing for the rudder when I haul out ... any advice or details? Is it a teflon type insert? Pressed in? Thanks!

Thanks! Then, its a 1" bearing (inside?) ... what might the outside measure be + length (I've not seen one exposed before)? I'll check local ... but what would the price be from the UK to Poulsbo, Washington (West of Seattle) Postal Code 98370?
