Looking to replace the lower bearing for the rudder when I haul out ... any advice or details? Is it a teflon type insert? Pressed in? Thanks!

Steve ...
Thanks! Then, its a 1" bearing (inside?) ... what might the outside measure be + length (I've not seen one exposed before)? I'll check local ... but what would the price be from the UK to Poulsbo, Washington (West of Seattle) Postal Code 98370? Also, I'm saving my drinking money for a set of your framed windows ... what is the 2012 price w/ shipping?
Best regards,
Tom
