Low water pressure at Transom Shower head

I have very low fresh water pressure coming from the rear showerhead on the swim platform of my 2001 Beneteau Oceanis 381. Only getting a trickle of water. There is a hot a cold valve coupler tied into before the shower hose. Turn the valve and getting same light pressure. Water pressure at all other faucets is fine. I removed the sprayer and only getting a trickle out of the open shower hose. Any ideas on how to get higher water pressure from that hose?

Does your hose get stored in a place where you have to stuff it down into some sort of holder? Maybe you have a kink in the hose between the water supply pipes and the shower head?

Does your shower head have a screw or aerator? They could be blocked.
Mud dabbers come to mind.

Turn off water pump. Disconnect hot and cold water hose from the sprayers and temporarily turn on the water pressure. Is there a good water flow? If yes, reconnect the hoses. Disconnect the spray hose from faucet and turn on the water.
As noted above, you may have clogged screen.
