Louvered vent

I have a louvered cabinet vent that I removed. This is teak trim with metal louvers. The teak is in excellent condition, the metal in very good condition with only a few small chips in the paint.
Exterior is 11.5" wide X 13.5" tall
The back side insert is 10" wide X 12" tall. This is the minimum opening the teak frame would fit.
