Lost battens

I recently purchased a used Hunter 212 and unfortunately the battens were lost. Just wondering if anyone has a way of identifying the sizes of battens required and a source.

Also is there any recommended methods to make sure they stay secure while under sail.

I just ordered the batten stock from sailrite.com, to cut to length, for our 23.5.

I have a 23.5, my sails are made by Doyle, I got new battens from them. They are held in place by velcro, I had to have them replace the velcro

You can get battens almost anywhere but the key to not losing them is to sew them in. Velcro is only a limited solution.
