The ouput on my vhf (not the input) stopped working as did my autohelm and guages for depth and speed. The last time I used my boat it was fine. Any comments? Thanks
Dave - sorry. I have a 33.6 Hunter. We have been having a lot of rain and lightning and have been away about two weeks so don't know what has really been happening. We are beginning to wonder if it could be lightning. There are no burned wires, etc. to indicate this however. Any thoughts
I'd bet on lightning. A close strike can significantly damage equipment even if it doesn't hit you. How is the boat next to yours? I'll be curious what the experts tell you. Jim
