Your tank vent is blocked
The vent has two main functions--it provides an escape for air in the tank displaced by incoming waste...and it provides a source of air to replace waste as it's pulled out of the tank. A blocked vent causes the pump or macerator to pull a vacuum, preventing any more from being pulled out after whatever air was in the tank is gone.Don't use the toilet again or attempt to pump out until you've found the blockage and cleared it...'cuz using the toilet will pressurize the tank...a strong pumpout can create enough suction to crack the tank. The two most likely places for a blockage are the vent thru-hull and the vent hose connection on the tank. Scrape 'em out with a screwdriver blade.
