Hi Matt. I see you are also from Erie. I too have a Catalina 30, at Presque Isle marina. I do not know the answer to your strut question Im sure someone here will answer it. My hull # is 593. Matt: The bolts are under the gas tank. Unfortuantely, you have to remove the tank to get to them.
