Looking to replace sea frost refrigerator and freezer 2007 Bene 373

Has anyone replaced the seafrost system including changing out the existing refrigerator and freezer? If so what product?
I bought the boat a month ago and the freezer sort of worked and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. I worked with Cleve at Seafrost without any luck of resolving the issues. He told me to start with charging with a small amount of Freon and adjusting the valve. The system over the cedar ast few weeks was tripping the breaker and now Trips it after a minute of run time. Let me know if anyone has changed out anything.

We just bought a 2006 Beneteau 373 and we have a similar issue--the two cabinets with cooling plates don't work. We haven't tried to charge with freon, but it sounds like an initial thing to try. We'd like a recommendation on replacements as well--it seems these should be a lot more efficient now, just as residential refrigeration units have improved in 14 years. Thanks!
