You might try Island Canvas in Toronto- they do all the canvas for the Hunter dealer here. I have found them to deliver good quality. They don't have a website but a search will provide their address and phone#

I would highly recommend US Yacht Cushions too. They did some of the OEM stuff for Hunter. Bob and Marci are great to work with and they are really "boat upolstery" pros. They know where vinyl should be used on cushions that are in contact with fiberglass and they don't use metal zippers. They can give you good advice on foam qualities for sitting and sleeping areas.
I suggest that you consider a latex mattress for the area where you sleep. It is a much better product than foam for sleeping. You can get good support in a thinner mattress.
