I have a Morgan 33 Out islander that has a rudder that is in pieces.I need either a useable one to rebuild or the print for one so that I can fabricate one.I have the shaft.

You can build your own rudder and maybe improve on its hydrodynamic shape. It's a lot of work - mostly labor. But a good project if you have mechanical skills and time. Or you can send the shaft to Foss Foam which could very probably rebuild it.
Repairable rudders usually have an intact skin. You can template from one side to rebuild the other. If your rudder is in pieces you need to re-create the lines. Then make templates for the shape and build a new one. Challenging but not impossible.

Thank you for responding.By print I mean a mechanical for the rudder that I could make a pattern from.The one I am going to attempt to repair or replicate is missing large pieces.I have done this sort of thing before,but it has been awhile.
