Looking for owner of Beneteau 32s5 named "Riff Raff"

I Thought that I would post this here.

I am trying to locate the owner of a 1990 Beneteau 32s5 located in New Rochelle, NY. The name of the boat is "Riff Raff" I had his contact info and lost it. If anyone knows this boat or owner, please let me know how best to contact him. Or let him know that I would like to speak to him regarding his boat.

If it has state registration I think you can get the info from the DNR- maybe even online since it should be a matter of public record.
