I need an engine or two to rebuild for a replacement for my existing
one which is O-21 serial#2 and still kicking ass, everyday, all
day. These are great engines and I want a spare ready to ship anywhere
I happen to be the day the "Great one" expires. I am also one of the
only living humans who can change a combi in a few hours without
getting in a tizzy. This experience did not come easy. First I had to
learn what a Wentworth and spanner wrench was. The legend goes That
years ago one of the only "authorised dealers" for these engines was
a Volvo dealer in VA. Beach. Two of their best mechanics worked for
two days trying to dislodge the shaft from the worm gear mechanism.
Having exhausted all their resourses, they cut it in half. Don't do
this call me and I'll talk you thru it and send the nessasary
manual.Another point(no pun intended) of interest to these fine
engines, The points, rotor, condenser all come from a vw beetle. So if
any one has a engine to sell working or other wise call me. Thank you
