I need some suggestions on how to mount an autopilot control on my pedestal. I have a Whitlock pedestal (12" wide, 1 1/4" diameter tubes) shown in the attached picture. The pedestal is straight and not tall enough to mount a NavPod. I've searched everywhere on the web and the only arms I've found that you can attach to the side of the pedestal are for 1" diameter tubes (I was thinking I could use one of those arms with an single instrument NavPod housing). Anyone have any suggestions or done a similar install?
