I'm desperately looking for a slip in the Bay Shore/Babylon/Islip area of the south shore of Long island. Commercial rates are insane and the town and county marinas report 5+ years of wait list time. If anyone knows of a private dock available I would be eternally grateful! (Hunter 23)
