What a cool project! Is the current mast wood or aluminum? The boom would likely be the same material as the mast.

Ditto with regard to cool.
There are marine salvage yards where parts go after a vessel is deemed totaled. You'll have to wade through a lot of power boat parts but you may get lucky. Hopefully there are some locally because shipping will be expensive.
You don't necessarily need a boom made for the Rhodes. It is likely you'll have to adapt a similar boom. And as a last resort you could fabricate a boom out of either wood or aluminum tube stock.
In the end you will have the pleasure of sailing an excellent boat that you re-created.

The spinnaker: Again you don't need a spinnaker specifically for a Rhodes 19. There are a lot of used sail lofts findable online. Just find one that is similar. You'll need to learn the dimensions of the original.
Check this:
Look under Rig and Sail Particulars.
Note that there is a class association - a great resource and you may find a way to a new to you boom there.

Shipping would likely kill you, but Rhodes are still being built by Stuart Marine in Maine. A call might get you some help on used parts on hand. There was a fleet of Rhodes 19s in San Francisco Bay years ago, parts and parts boats might be available. Also, keep in mind the ODay Mariner used the Rhodes 19 hull (usually centerboard version) and a simplified Rhodes 19 rig. Mariner booms will likely fit. Again, the major sources of parts are in the Northeast, so shipping is going to be a costly issue. But you can buy new booms from D&R Marine.
