I'm going to be in the Tampa Bay/St. Pete area in late March and was looking to charter a sailboat for a day or two. Crewed - not bareboat since I'm not familiar with the waters. Flexible on size but something that can handle 4-6 people comfortably. Can anyone recommend a good source? Thx

Check This Out

Check This site out. They have a lot of options. I barebaoted a 29' Hunter from them in 2004. That was my first charter every. Loved every minute of it. The charts they gave me were very accurate and I had no problem getting around. I think with GPS it would be even easier. Would go back again if time allowed. Dan http://www.sailingflorida.com/

St. Pete charter

Al, You might try Randy Deering @ St. Pete. I think his e-mail address is RD4sail@aol.com. He did a seminar at Strictly Sail Chicago this past weekend on sailing the "Sun Coast" of Florida. If I recall correctly, he does charter work in that area, on his boat. Jim
