Looking at a 76' ODay 25

Chrysler C22 On it's trailer
Hello all,

 I am going to look at a 76' Oday25 tomorrow. Can anyone educate me on the common places these boats may have issues? I currently have a Chrysler 22 so I know most of the basic things to look out for sailboat wise; I’m looking more for the out of site out of mind places. The boat is a CB, comes with a tandem axle trailer, Chrysler 9.9 OB, and 3 sails in good condition. Thanks

Alright, we went to look at the boat today and it is in overall good condition. My only concern is the foredeck seems soft, I do not believe it is soft from moisture though as the deck seems fine around all the fittings it is halfway between the edge of the boat and the center so maybe it is just from no support below. Is this typical of the Odays? Does anyone know what the length of the forward berth is, seems rather small?
