I hate to admit it, but my 1992 H30 is listing about 1 or 2 degrees to port... I've looked everywhere to see if there is some abnormal amount of anything in tanks, under seats, if the hull is wicking in water... nothing... any ideas guys? It is tied to the dock on the port side, but that does not seem to matter... even when the dock lines are loose, she still leans just a bit... Other from that, it sails great... spend every spare moment we can on the boat... could it be a rigging issue? Mast off center? Has anybody else experienced this before? Thanks, Tony

Too much Beer!

Tony: You may have too much beer aboard. If you check the archives on this problem almost every owner has complained that their list is to Starboard (as does our '85 H'31). I have added two group 31 AGM batteries in the aft port lazarette and this has taken care of most of the problem. This was not a good place for the weight but it was easy and it worked.

me too

Similar...but to starboard..I figure its because my fuel tank is always more full than my holding tank.

Now I understand.

Tony/Bruce: This makes perfect sense. When you have a H'30 in Portland on the Left coast it will list to Port and when you have one on the Right Coast it will list to Starboard. This happens all the time <g>.
